You pay per active student enrolled in VisCool. Staff accounts are included in your plan at no extra cost. You commit to an estimated student count at the start of your contract, and we reconcile quarterly if actual usage differs.

Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features in your chosen tier. No credit card required. Our team helps you set up during the trial so you can evaluate with real data.

We do a quarterly true-up. If your actual student count exceeds your committed number, you pay the difference for those extra students. If you have fewer, you receive a credit toward the next quarter.

Absolutely. Upgrade at any time — new pricing applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Plus, your current per-student price is locked for 3 years, even if we raise prices for new customers.

Yes. Annual billing is our standard (prices shown above). 2-year commitments receive 5% off, and 3-year commitments get 10% off. We also offer special early-adopter pricing during our DACH market launch phase.

Fully. All data is hosted in the EU (Austria). We comply with GDPR, DSGVO, and all European data protection regulations. Our infrastructure meets the highest security standards required by educational institutions in the DACH region.

The platform UI supports German, English, and Hebrew. The AI Teaching Assistant can interact in any language, making it ideal for the multilingual DACH educational landscape. Additional UI languages are on our roadmap.
